This gender neutral design has some pretty illustrations of leaves and flowers scattered around a central circular panel to house your new baby’s name and date of birth. There is space on the reverse for a photo of your bundle of joy (optional) along with your birth information.
Simply fill in the form above adding your baby’s name, date of birth, time of birth and weight (you can add other details if you prefer) then add your message for the back of the card. You will be contacted within 2 working days and given a secure email address to send your baby photo to (photo optional). You will then be sent a proof of your card prior to printing.
